Car Service Land says the $30 is higher than Walmart's $18, but the package includes more on installation day. It adds that if you buy the tires at Pep Boys, rotations are free for the life of the tires. Over 8 to 12 rotations, that can save $160 to $300 compared with paying $20 to $25 a visit elsewhere. The free rotation does not apply to tires you bring in from somewhere else.
