Glacier costs $35 per car
Glacier National Park charges $35 for a private car in the busy season and $25 in the off season. The pass covers everyone in the car and is good for 7 days. People on foot or bike pay $20 each, and motorcycles pay $30. Kids 15 and under get in free. Since January 1, 2026, visitors who are not US residents also pay $100 each, age 16 and older, unless they have an annual pass. A Glacier annual pass costs $70. The $80 America the Beautiful pass also covers entry.

What the park says: Entrance fees at Glacier National Park differ depending on the season. Winter rates are typically less than summer rates. Rates also vary depending on mode of transportation (i.e.
The summer rates run May 1 to October 31. Winter rates are $25 for a car, $20 for a motorcycle and $15 per person, November 1 to April 30. Every pass is good for 7 days.
About the annual pass: This pass is valid for one year from the month of entry and admits the purchaser and passengers in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle, or the pass holder and his/her immediate family (spouse, children, parents) when entry is by other means (foot, bicycle) into the park. It is nontransferable, nonrefundable, and does not cover camping fees.
Which pass is best for you? A single visit costs $35 for your whole car. The park annual pass costs $70 and only works here. The $80 America the Beautiful pass works at every national park for 12 months, and covers everyone in one car, or the pass holder plus 3 adults where the fee is per person. US residents 62 and older can buy a $20 annual or $80 lifetime senior pass instead. US military members can get a free pass.
The entrance fee does not cover camping, tours, lodging or shuttles run by private companies.
