How it compares with liposuction
| AirSculpt, average per procedure (2026) | $12,707 |
|---|---|
| AirSculpt, small area starting price | About $6,000 |
| Liposuction, surgeon fee only (ASPS, 2024) | $4,300 to $7,500 |
The liposuction fee is for the surgeon only. It leaves out anesthesia, the operating room and garments, so the full bill is higher. AirSculpt's figures are what patients paid AirSculpt in total. Sources: American Society of Plastic Surgeons, 2024 Procedural Statistics Release (survey of ASPS member surgeons, about 1,000 responses); AirSculpt Technologies, second quarter 2026 results, SEC Form 8-K exhibit 99.1 (Aug 10, 2026).
What changes your price
- How many areas. AirSculpt says small areas like the arms or chin start around $6,000. Its average across all procedures is about $12,700, so many patients treat larger or several areas.
- How much fat is removed. AirSculpt says every quote depends on the patient, and larger areas take more time.
- Fat transfer and skin tightening. AirSculpt says these vary too much from patient to patient to give a starting price.
- The center. AirSculpt runs 31 centers. It says patients may pay more in bigger cities with more demand.
Why the price is not on AirSculpt's website
AirSculpt says it has no set prices because every body and goal is different. It gives a quote after a free consultation. That makes it hard to compare before you book.
The SEC numbers help. They show that, across thousands of patients, the average AirSculpt procedure brought in about $12,700 in 2026, slightly down from $12,975 a year earlier. If your quote is well above that, ask what makes your case larger than average.
AirSculpt says one procedure can remove up to the legal limit of fat, which is five liters in most states, in a single treatment.
How to judge the price you are quoted
- Ask for the price of each area as a separate line.
- Ask if fat transfer or skin tightening is part of the quote.
- Ask what follow up visits and garments are included.
- Compare with AirSculpt's own average of about $12,700 per procedure.
- Get a quote for traditional liposuction too, with the surgeon, anesthesia and facility fees listed.
Ways to pay less
- Treat fewer areas. AirSculpt says small areas start around $6,000.
- Compare with a board certified plastic surgeon's quote for liposuction.
- If you use financing, ask for the interest rate and total cost, not just the monthly payment.
- Cosmetic procedures are usually not covered by insurance, so plan for the full cost.
How we got these numbers
AirSculpt does not post a price list. It says each quote depends on the patient. But AirSculpt Technologies is a public company, and in its filing to the SEC it reports revenue per case: the money it took in, divided by the number of procedures it did. That is the average amount a patient paid AirSculpt per procedure, across all its centers and all body areas. It is not a quote, and a single small area costs less. The starting price for small areas and the financing offer come from AirSculpt's own FAQ page. The liposuction row comes from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, which surveyed its member surgeons. It is a surgeon fee only, so it leaves out anesthesia and facility costs. Many sites repeat an average of about $13,399 from patient reviews collected in 2023. We use AirSculpt's own 2026 figures instead. We do not add our own guesses, and this page has no calculator because no source says how each choice moves the price. All numbers were checked on September 26, 2026.
