- Your studio. Each F45 sets its own prices.
- Your city. City studios can charge over $220 a month.
- Contract length. 6 and 12 month plans cost less per month.
- Unlimited or limited. Fewer classes a month cost less.
- Start up fee. Some studios charge one, and some waive it.
- Founding rates. Early members at new studios often pay less.
F45 plans and trial offers
The Gym Prices lists a typical plan set: about $170 a month month to month, about $165 on a 6 month plan and about $155 on a 12 month plan. It also lists a limited plan at about $139 a month for 8 sessions, a 7 day trial for $19 at some studios, and founding member rates of $90 every two weeks.
Powerlifting Technique says suburban month to month plans start around $169, while city studios can charge up to $57 a week, about $228 a month. It says many studios offer 3 classes for $30 as an intro deal.
F45 says its Unlimited members can drop into classes at other F45 studios up to six times a month at no extra cost through F45 Passport, and get on demand home workouts in the F45 app. Fitness Membership Cost adds that many studios allow freezes, though the rules differ by studio. F45 compared with other fitness studios
F45 is a coached group class, so it costs more than a regular gym. Our Orangetheory page puts unlimited classes at $159 to $209 a month, and HOTWORX costs about $59 to $149. A regular gym like Anytime Fitness runs $35 to $65 a month.
Fitness Membership Cost notes that members often say the coaching and set workouts are the main value, since you do not have to plan your own sessions.
ThePricer says members on Reddit most often report paying $139 to $179 a month for unlimited, with higher prices in some cities. It adds that some studios bill weekly, at around $50 a week, which works out to about $200 a month.
How to judge the price you are quoted
- Ask for month to month, 6 month and 12 month prices side by side.
- Ask if there is a start up fee and if it can be waived.
- Ask about freeze and cancel rules.
- Compare with $160 to $220 a month for unlimited.
