The NAPLEX costs $620 with its application fee
The NAPLEX pharmacist licensing exam costs $520, plus a $100 application fee, for $620 in all. The MPJE pharmacy law exam costs $170, plus $100 per state. Some states add an $85 processing fee. NABP sets these fees, and the application fees are not refunded.

You can only buy the exam after NABP makes you eligible and gets your official transcript. The $85 fee covers both exams for one state for one year.
