ACT Customs says 10H is a marketing term and not significantly harder than 9H. Top Car Wash Cost warns that a $500 five year coating that never mentions polishing is sealing dirt and scratches into your paint.
Maryland Clean Rides says a coating is worth the cost on a car you will keep for 3 or more years, over corrected paint, and says DIY is practical for shorter ownership.
