What each service includes
Service A is the lighter visit: a synthetic oil and filter change, fluid checks, a tire check and a brake check. Service B does all of that and adds a cabin filter, a brake fluid flush and a deeper inspection. After the first A, the car usually alternates A and B about every year.
Auto Web Expo says advisors often add work like spark plugs or transmission fluid to a Service B quote. Those can be real needs, but they are not part of the base service. Ask for them to be listed apart.
