Seismic costs about $20,000 to $120,000 a year
Seismic is sales enablement software. It stores sales decks and content, tracks which pieces buyers open, and trains reps. It does not publish prices. It sells per named user, yearly. Buyer data from 411 purchases puts the median at about $32,000 a year, with contracts from about $9,000 to $178,000. Seismic and Highspot agreed to merge in February 2026.

How we calculate this
Prices are for the United States in 2026 from published cost guides, checked September 2026. This is an estimate, not a quote.

The Highspot merger
For years, the easiest way to lower a Seismic quote was a quote from Highspot, its main rival. On February 12, 2026, the two companies agreed to merge. That weakens the rival quote card, especially at renewal.
So look further for leverage. Get quotes from other enablement tools, and lock in multi year pricing with a renewal cap while you still can.
Why the price is hidden
Software sold this way is priced by the sales team, not by a price list. The rep learns your size, your budget and how badly you need it, then builds a quote. Two companies the same size often pay different amounts for the same product. That is why the numbers on this page come from buyers and analysts, not from the vendor.
How to judge the quote in your hand
- Ask for a renewal cap in writing, now that Seismic and Highspot are merging.
- Ask for the all in number: licence, setup, training and support for year one.
- Ask what renewal looks like in year two and three, in writing.
- Get a second quote from a rival and say so on the call.
- Buy at quarter end, when reps chase targets.
- Cut seats and modules you will not use in the first 90 days.
Ways to pay less
- Pay only for reps who use it. Check logins after 90 days and trim seats.
- Pay yearly if the discount is real, not just a rounding of the monthly price.
- Start on the lowest tier and upgrade when you hit a wall.
- Ask for the setup fee to be waived or split over the year.
- Check the free trial or demo before you sign anything.
Before you decide
Seismic suits companies with large sales teams and lots of content to manage. Teams with a handful of reps and a few decks often use only a small part of it, and multi year contracts can be hard to leave.
Plan for setup time too. Reviewers report an average rollout of about four months, and it usually needs a dedicated enablement person to run it.
A last tip: clean out old content before you move it in. Moving and tagging years of decks costs time and money, so only bring over what reps actually use.)();
