Clari costs about $1,200 to $1,500 per user a year
Clari is sales forecasting software. It shows which deals will close and rolls up the forecast for leaders. It does not publish prices. The core forecasting tool is reported at about $100 to $120 per user a month, or $1,200 to $1,500 a year. Adding call recording and other modules can push the full stack to about $200 to $310 per user a month. Buyer data puts the median contract at about $76,000 a year.

How we calculate this
Prices are for the United States in 2026 from published cost guides, checked September 2026. This is an estimate, not a quote.
What Clari buyers pay
| Core forecasting | About $1,200 to $1,500 per user a year. |
|---|---|
| Copilot call recording | About $60 to $110 per user a month extra. |
| Full stack | About $200 to $310 per user a month. |
| Median contract | About $76,000 a year, from 291 purchases. |
| Setup | About $15,000 to $75,000 on large deals. |
What pushes a quote up
| Users | Price is per user, with platform minimums. |
|---|---|
| Modules | Copilot and other tools are priced on top of Core. |
| Setup | Implementation is paid separately. |
| Term | Multi year deals are the norm and bring discounts. |
| Seats | Ask whether admins and read only users are charged. |
Year one versus year two
Clari's first year costs much more than later years. One worked example for a 25 person sales team puts year one at about $70,000 to $85,000, including setup and support, and later years at about $35,000 to $40,000.
So judge the price over the whole term, not just year one. Ask for setup to be priced as a fixed fee, and ask which user types count as paid seats.
Why the price is hidden
Software sold this way is priced by the sales team, not by a price list. The rep learns your size, your budget and how badly you need it, then builds a quote. Two companies the same size often pay different amounts for the same product. That is why the numbers on this page come from buyers and analysts, not from the vendor.
How to judge the quote in your hand
- Ask whether admins and read only users are paid seats.
- Ask for the all in number: licence, setup, training and support for year one.
- Ask what renewal looks like in year two and three, in writing.
- Get a second quote from a rival and say so on the call.
- Buy at quarter end, when reps chase targets.
- Cut seats and modules you will not use in the first 90 days.
Ways to pay less
- Start with Core only, and add Copilot once your team uses the forecast.
- Pay yearly if the discount is real, not just a rounding of the monthly price.
- Start on the lowest tier and upgrade when you hit a wall.
- Ask for the setup fee to be waived or split over the year.
- Check the free trial or demo before you sign anything.
Before you decide
Clari suits larger sales teams that want strict forecasting and one number everyone trusts. A small team with a simple pipeline may get enough from its CRM's own forecast tools.
Ask what the platform minimum is. Buyers report that even small teams rarely pay under about $24,000 a year, so the minimum can matter more than the per user rate.
A last tip: bring a rival quote. Gong, Salesloft and Outreach all compete for the same budget, and buyer data shows an average saving of about 15 percent off Clari's first quote.)();
About $1,200 to $1,500 a year for Core forecasting. About $76,000 a year, from 291 purchases. No. It is usually priced as an add on. No. Every number here comes from buyer data.Common questions
