Buildertrend costs about $339 to $1,099 per month in 2026, with a typical bill near $600 per month, or about $7,200 per year. Buildertrend no longer shows prices on its site. Projul says the company removed its public prices in early 2025 and now gives custom quotes. So the numbers below come from outside sites, old price pages and buyer reports. They are not an official price list. Here is what we found. Buildertrend has three plans: Essential, Advanced and Complete. Workyard shows older and lower numbers of about $199, $499 and $799, from references dated August 2024. We treat those as out of date. What do real buyers pay? Costbench reports a median contract of $7,200 per year, based on 7 purchases. That is $600 per month, which is why we use it as the typical figure. Costbench also reports one small company paying about $1,400 per month, and one user with the full feature set paying $1,083 per month. Projul says a 20 person builder can expect $9,000 to $14,000 per year, and it quotes one Reddit user whose bill was near $1,000 per month. Buildertrend prices by the size of your business, not by the seat. GetOneCrew says quotes are tied to your yearly construction volume, in 11 groups from $0 to $499,000 up to $31 million and more. Projul and GetOneCrew both say plans include unlimited users and unlimited projects. Costbench found one source that mentions a $39 per user fee, which does not match, so ask about it. Extra costs can add up. Costbench lists one source for setup fees of $400 to $1,500 or more. Projul says the Boost onboarding program is free on annual plans and $100 per month on month to month plans. Projul also warns that renewals have jumped.
