There was a one time $4,000 fee for remote training and data setup. If you do the math on those rates, that shop pays about $2,425 per month plus $4,000 on day one. That total is our math. FieldEdge did not print it. Other sites report the same $100 and $125 rates. Two of them say setup costs $500 to $2,000, with the high end for shops that buy the training plan. One trade site, ServiceMag, says small teams on the Select plan often land in the $150 to $300 per month range. That is a different way to count. It fits a very small shop with only a few users. Both views can be true, because the bill grows with every seat you add. Some of these numbers come from rival software companies.
