What changes your price
- Technique. Endoscopic lifts use small cuts and cost less than coronal lifts.
- Full or outer brow. Lifting only the outer brow is a smaller surgery.
- Anesthesia. General anesthesia costs more than local with sedation.

Dr. Suzanne Yee says the American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports surgeon fees of $4,000 to $7,500, but totals with anesthesia and the surgery center usually run $4,600 to $11,000. She says RealSelf patients report an average total of $9,412, and that about 13,621 forehead lifts were done by ASPS members in 2024. Endoscopic lifts usually cost $4,000 to $7,000 in total and coronal lifts $5,000 to $10,000 or more.
Dr. Troell says the ASPS surgeon fee average of $5,460 covers only the surgeon, not the operating room or anesthesia. CareCredit puts the national average at $4,834. Surgery Cost Guide says anesthesia can cost $500 to $2,000, that surgery takes one to two hours, and that most people go back to desk work in about 10 days.
