How Supercuts prices work
Supercuts Prices says the chain has no national price list, and that each location sets its own. The best way to get your exact price is the Supercuts app, a call to the salon, or asking at the front desk. It says most salons raised basic prices by $1 to $3 between 2022 and 2024 because of rising labor costs, and that small rises are likely to continue.
Shampoo and blow dry are not in the base price at most salons. Supercuts Prices puts a shampoo at $8 to $15 on top of a cut, a blow dry on its own at $20 to $35, and a full cut, shampoo and blow dry at $40 to $60.
Color has the biggest spread. Salon Prices puts Supercuts color at about $25 for a gray blend up to $150 for balayage, and says some salons add a small fee for extra long or textured hair. Supercuts compared with other haircut chains
Supercuts Prices says Supercuts sits in the middle of the budget salon market. Great Clips is usually a few dollars cheaper for a basic cut, Sport Clips costs a little more and mostly serves men, and Cost Cutters is cheaper but has fewer locations and services. It adds that Supercuts offers more color services than most budget chains.
