How we calculate this
Prices are for the United States in 2026 from published cost guides, checked September 2026. This is an estimate, not a quote.

What pushes a quote up
| Legal entities | Each company or branch that closes its own books adds to the price. |
|---|---|
| Products | Close, AutoRec, Flux Analysis and other tools are priced as modules. |
| Add ons | ReMind requests and Consolidation are sold on top. |
| Accounting system | Setup depends on your system, like NetSuite, Sage Intacct or SAP. |
| Term | Contracts often run 2 to 3 years and renew on their own. |
Watch the renewal date
FloQast contracts often run 2 to 3 years and renew on their own. Numeric reports you usually need to give written notice 60 days before the renewal date to cancel. Put that date in your calendar the day you sign.
Prices also rise. Guides report a standard increase of 3 to 4 percent a year, and SpendHound saw small business FloQast prices up about 21 percent in a year. FloQast's own pricing page says it does not charge per user, so ask how the quote is built: by entities, products or both.
Why the price is hidden
Software sold this way is priced by the sales team, not by a price list. The rep learns your size, your budget and how badly you need it, then builds a quote. Two companies the same size often pay different amounts for the same product. That is why the numbers on this page come from buyers and analysts, not from the vendor.
How to judge the quote in your hand
- Ask how the price is built: by legal entities, products or both.
- Ask for the all in number: licence, setup, training and support for year one.
- Ask what renewal looks like in year two and three, in writing.
- Get a second quote from a rival and say so on the call.
- Buy at quarter end, when reps chase targets.
- Cut seats and modules you will not use in the first 90 days.
Ways to pay less
- Get a BlackLine quote. Guides say a real rival quote earns a bigger discount.
- Pay yearly if the discount is real, not just a rounding of the monthly price.
- Start on the lowest tier and upgrade when you hit a wall.
- Ask for the setup fee to be waived or split over the year.
- Check the free trial or demo before you sign anything.
Before you decide
FloQast suits accounting teams that close the books every month and want checklists, account matching and audit records in one place. It works with Excel, which many accountants like.
Very small teams may find the entry price high for what they need. It earns its price when you have several entities or a busy month end close.
A last tip: FloQast's fiscal year is reported to end January 31, so renewals between November and January may get better terms.)();
